Our Programs

Our innovative programs encourage students to feed their minds and fuel their bodies with an integrated approach to wellness. We encourage students to become adventurous eaters, try new things, and become sustainability advocates. The Be Green, Be Healthy, Be Bold program provides educational materials for students on a variety of topics including healthy eating, sustainability, heart health, fitness, recycling, food origin, food waste, stress reduction and general nutrition.

Meal Plans

14 Meal Plan

This meal plan offers $25 in flex dollars per semester and is available to sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

10 Meal Plan

This meal plan offers $25 in flex dollars per semester and is available to sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

19 Meal Plan

This meal plan offers $50 in flex dollars per semester and is available to freshmen residents, sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

Flex Dollars may be used in the Bergsten Dining Hall to pay for guests, or at the Eyrie Cafe. Extra flex dollars can be added to your meal account at any time. We offer a decline card for faculty, staff and students who are not on a meal plan. Bring your ID card to the snack bar or dining hall along with $25.00 and you will be credited $30.00 to your account. Declining account balances are forfeited annually if not used by graduation each May. If you have questions regarding your meal plan, contact Residential Life for more information.
