This all-you-care-to-eat dining venue offers a variety of menu options. Food is produced from the freshest ingredients and prepared just for you. Choose from the deluxe salad-deli-soup bar, the Chef’s Table featuring comfort food with a twist, Fresh Fusion for healthy options, Trattoria for pizza, pastas and more, the Culinary Expo with daily fun creations or try one of our Chef’s Suggestions.

Special Dietary Needs
Our culinarians are very aware of today’s dietary restrictions as well as food lifestyles that are becoming prevalent (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free). Fresh Ideas listens and works closely with students to accommodate their dietary and lifestyle needs. Our corporate dietitians are always available to provide guidance for students and families.

Continental Breakfast 9am – 10am
Lunch 10:30am – 2pm
Dinner 5pm – 7:30pm
Saturday – Sunday
Brunch 11am – 1pm
Dinner 4:30pm – 6:30pm
Nutritional box meals will be provided for meal plan students with conflicts such as student teaching, athletics, unavoidable scheduling conflicts, College business and off campus for employment. Individuals must submit requests to the Dining Services Office giving a 24-hour notice before meal is to be picked up. All group requests must be submitted 72 hours in advance.
Sick Tray Service
Fresh Ideas will provide food, beverages and supplies to meal plan students who are confined due to illness or injury.
