2016 Copper Pot Competition

Fresh Ideas spans six states, has over 30 locations across the Midwest, and employs the most passionate, talented, hard-working individuals in dining services. Each summer, the Fresh Ideas family attends the Managers Meeting. The meeting is a special time for us to spend time with our co-workers, share ideas, learn how we can improve our programs for our clients, and prepare for the next year. Part of the Managers Meeting is the Copper Pot Competition, an event that allows our chefs to compete for bragging rights and the coveted Copper Pot.
