Top Office Digs in CBT’s Top of the Town

We are thrilled our corporate headquarters won Top Office Digs from the Columbia Business Times during their 2017 Top of the Town awards presentation on Wednesday, June 28. Just how Top are our Office Digs? Ask Human Resources Manager Melissa Strother. “Our modern, non-traditional office digs make coming to work fun and easy! Seriously, how can you not enjoy this space? Does your boss take a bike off the wall and ride it around the office?! Our fun, creative space is a direct reflection of our ‘Fresh’ company culture.” Fresh Ideas was founded in 2000 in Columbia, Missouri and we moved to our current location in the Woodrail Centre in 2009. The office was remodeled and upgraded in 2014 to support our growth, including the vintage bike on the wall. “To make customers happy, we have to first make our employees happy,” said Tammy Burton, Fresh Idea’s Human Resources Manager. “What better way to energize and motivate employees than to give them a place where they look forward to coming to work every day?” bleu Events, a division of Fresh Ideas, received an award for Top Caterer.
