Fresh Ideas and Lucova are proud to announce that their collaboration on the FreshX food app has been recognized with an American In-house Design Award, under the Identity Design (Corporate Identity Programs, Logos & Symbols) category,  from Graphic Design USA (GDUSA).   The now award-winning app, FreshX (available for both iOS and Android), allows students to store their meal or payment cards, make purchases with their phones in a hands free manner, receive special offers and discounts and even order and pay ahead for their meals. All packaged within an easy to use and aesthetic interface.   Through the backend powering the app, dining service staff are equipped with information at their console, such as a student’s face and name, enabling them to have personal interactions with students, delivering a truly “home away from home” experience.   The mobile campus platform is supported with a branding campaign that features print and digital marketing. This multi-channel marketing approach resonates with the millennial client base and focuses on bold messaging that changes the way students view their dining program. FreshX is redefining college dining through technology.   For more than 50 years, GDUSA has been a business-to-business information source for graphic design professionals in the country and received 6,000 entries for this year’s awards, with only 15% receiving a formal recognition.   About Fresh Ideas: Founded in 2000, Fresh Ideas is a dynamic food service management company headquartered in Columbia, Missouri.
